What's the best way to care for my candle?
- Burn for 2 hours the first time. Your candle has a memory and if you allow it to tunnel the first time, it will continue to follow the same path.
- Make sure your wick is 1/4" inches long before each burn.
- Only burn for 2-3 hours at a time.
- Never leave candles unattended while burning; avoid drafts and flammable items.
What is your process time on orders?
Once an order is placed, there is a 24-48 hour processing time. Orders are shipped out Monday to Friday.
I just placed my order, when will I receive it?
Most domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

My address is incorrect on my order, how do I fix it?
If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email me immediately at virginiarosecandleco@gmail.com so I can adjust it before shipping out your order!
